Funeral service for Texas Joy (Norris) Smith, age 87, of Quinlan will be held at 1:00 P.M on Sunday, October 3, 2021 at Quinlan Funeral Home. Visitation will be held the same day at 11:00 A.M. Mrs. Smith passed away on Monday, September 27, 2021 at Hunt Regional Medical Center in Greenville.
Texas was born November 2, 1933 in Dallas, Texas to Andrew Jackson and Mary Elizabeth (Boseman) Norris. She worked as a certified nurse assistant.
She is survived by numerous family and friends. She was preceded in death by many brothers and sisters.
