Sylvia Perez Sinks

Sylvia Perez-Sinks, a Christian and resident of Quinlan, Texas, passed from this life on January 1, 2025 at the age of 63. 

Sylvia is survived by her loving children; son, Lloyd Scott McConnell Jr., son, Brandon Lee McConnell, and daughter Melody Dollar; grandchildren, Marshall, Lindsey, Natalie, Christian, Elijah, Naleyna, Natalyne, Zach, Donavan, Gabby, Arabella, and Asher; siblings, brother, Juan H. Perez Jr., sister, Angie Dyer, sister, Aida Perez, and brother, David Perez. 

She is preceded in death by parents Juan Humberto “Beto” Perez and Diamantina Araiza-Perez, and sister Dee Perez. 

Sylvia was born on November 11, 1961, at Parkland Memorial Hospital in Dallas, Texas, Dallas County. She attended school in Dallas. Over the course of her life she was the most loving mother any son or daughter could ask for. She worked hard to achieve her goals and dreams. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Those who were blessed to know her, knows that she was a forgiving daughter, mother, sibling, and friend to many, and most important of all, a child of our Lord and savior, Jesus Christ.
