Shirley Sue (Burrow) Ruffin, age 73, of West Tawakoni, passed away on October 12, 2022. Shirley was born February 7, 1949 in Midland, Texas.
She is survived by her daughter, Tracy Wilkins and husband, Mike Wilkins; grandson, Justin Wilkins; brothers, Don, Doug, and Mike; sister, Darlene McGibboney; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Shirley was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Bobby and James; and sister, Jackie.
