Rusty Len Smith

Rusty Len Smith, a lifelong resident of Dallas, Texas, passed away peacefully in his home on June 25, 2025, at the age of 45. Rusty is survived by his daughter, Patience; his son, Corey; his mother, Peggy; his brother, Jeff; his sister, Cindy; his sister, Donna; and many other loving relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Charles Smith, and his stepfather, Charles Wilson. Born on June 6, 1980, in Dallas to Peggy Smith and Charles Smith, Rusty was known for his big heart and free spirit. He loved sports, music—especially rapping along to his favorite songs—and most of all, his two beautiful children, whom he cherished deeply. A Celebration of Life will be held on Thursday, July 24th at 2:00 PM at Quinlan Funeral Home.
