Rita Jean Wilson

Rita Jean (Hazlewood) Wilson, age 68, of Wills Point passed away on Saturday, April 8, 2023 in Quinlan. She was born July 11, 1954 to Dewey and Virginia (Omlar) Hazlewood in Houston, Texas. Rita married Jonathan Wilson in Dallas on August 6, 1983. She was retired and enjoyed sewing, crafting, and going bowling.

Rita is survived by her husband, Jonathan; sisters, Jo Ann Hazlewood, Susan Farmer; brother, Robert Hazlewood and wife Bonnie; son, David Kirk; daughters, Sonja Robinson, Kimberly Newman and husband Chad; nine grandkids; three great-grandkids; numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins; and her family at Terrell Bowling Center.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Virginia and Dewey; mother-in-law, Mildred; son-in-law, Lerone “Run”, Sr.; brother-in-law, Carl.
