Rena Boyd

Rena Lucille Boyd, 69, of Wills Point, passed away on Wednesday, February 2, 2011. She was born on March 17, 1941 in Oolagah, OK, the daughter of Howard Earl and Edith Lucille (Shimp) Chapman. She married Elmer Lee Boyd on April 13, 1962 in Dallas. She was a member of Faith Baptist Church of Quinlan. Rena is preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Howard Chapman .Mrs. Boyd is survived by her husband, Bill; her daughters, Debbie Iddins of Wills Point and Karen Wellen of Wilmer; son, Billy Boyd of Elmo; ten grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren. Her funeral service will be 2:00 pm Friday, February 4 in the chapel at Quinlan Funeral Home with burial immediately following at Lakeside Memorial Park.
