Ramona Miller, a beloved hairstylist known for her warmth and infectious laughter, passed away peacefully at home on October 28, 2025, at the age of 79. Born on November 14, 1945, in Carrizo Springs, Texas, Ramona was beacon of light and kindness to all who had the privilege of knowing her.

Throughout her life, Ramona’s vibrant personality shone brightly. She had a big heart and an unwavering dedication to helping others, often extending her generosity to those in need by providing shelter and nourishment to homeless individuals. Her smart and thoughtful nature allowed her to connect deeply with people, making them feel seen and valued. She could light up any room with her ability to tell a joke and engage in lively conversations, leaving a lasting impression on everyone she met.

In addition to her career as a hairstylist, Ramona had a passion for creativity that manifested in various hobbies. She found joy in sewing, art, and antiquing, pursuits that connected her to her community and inspired beautiful creations that will be cherished for years to come.

Ramona is survived by her loving daughters, Tereza Farris and Margaret Brimhall, and her son, Fred Castillo. She was a proud grandmother to Tracie King, Keith Corzine, Jennifer Corzine, and Tanner Bruton, each of whom brought her immense joy and cherished memories. She is also survived by her brother, Jessie Trevino, who shared in many of her fondest moments.

Ramona was preceded in death by her parents, Arturo and Joseph Trevino, who instilled in her the values of compassion and empathy that guided her throughout her life, as well as her brothers, Charles, Johnny, and David Trevino.

As we celebrate the incredible legacy of Ramona Miller, we remember her for the laughter she shared, the love she gave, and the warmth she brought into our lives. Her spirit will forever remain in the hearts of those who loved her.
