Patsy Odelia (Weeks) Smith, age 86, of Terrell passed away on Tuesday, August 1, 2023. She was born May 1, 1937 in Stamford, Texas to Walter Pierce Weeks and Ajulia T. Covington. Patsy married Thomas Clifton Smith on January 13, 1955 in Carlsbad, New Mexico. She worked in banking for eighteen years, owned a catering service for twelve years, and was the director of nutrition in long term care for twelve years.
