Otis Head, Jr.

Otis William Head, Jr, 41, previously of Quinlan, passed away on Tuesday, September 22, 2015 in Dallas, Texas. "Beau" Head was born on November 13, 1972 to Otis, Sr. and Patricia Head in Dallas, Texas. Beau would marry Stacie Neely and they would have three beautiful children - Abby, Dylan and Lily. Beau is preceded in death by his mother, Patricia Head. Those left to cherish his memory include his children, Abby Head, Dylan Head and Lily Head; their mother Stacie Head; brother, Jacky Head; father Otis Head, Sr.; as well as numerous extended family, friends and neighbors. A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 25, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at Quinlan Funeral Home. A visitation will from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. immediately before the service. The interment will immediately follow the service at Lakeside Memorial Park in Quinlan.
