Otis Dean Estes, 68, a proud U.S. Navy veteran and retired truck driver, and a resident of Quinlan, Texas, passed away peacefully on October 30, 2025,surrounded by his loving family.
Otis was born on December 18, 1956, in Corsicana, Texas, to Otis Hubbard Estes and Betty Ann Parker. He shared many years of his life with Charlotte Sanson, and their care and love for each other never wavered.
He is survived by his children Corey Estes, Tabitha Estes, Brandon Fagan, and Barbra Estes, and daughters-in-law Amanda Fagan and Mary Covington; his siblings Danny Estes and Debbie Petway; as well as his cherished grandchildren Savannah Fagan, Logan Goforth, Georgia Fagan, Bryson Fagan, Raevyn Estes, and Kolbee Estes.
He was preceded in death by his father, Otis Hubbard Estes; mother, Betty Ann Parker; and son, Billy Dean Estes.
He enjoyed the simple joys of life—spending time with his family, watching TV, and being there whenever someone needed him. He was the kind of man who gave his all to those he loved. His strength, kindness, and courage defined him, and his love for his family will live on forever in their hearts.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 7, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at
Quinlan Funeral Home in Quinlan, Texas.
He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. Otis fought a long, courageous battle and is now at peace in Heaven.
