Mary Bollin, 82, of Poetry passed away Friday, December 18, 2015 in Rowlett. Memorial service will be 3:00pm Sunday, December 27, 2015 at the South Park Baptist Church in Grand Prairie, Texas with Bro Randy Capote officiating. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Quinlan Funeral Home in Quinlan, Texas.
Mary was born July 23, 1933 in Satin, Texas to Leonard Griffin and Ruby Moore Griffin. She married William James Bollin Jr. who preceded her in death. Mary would work tirelessly to create and maintain a safe and loving home for her husband and children. She loved to spend time with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Those left to cherish her memory are her daughter Deborah Strickland of Poetry; sons Gary Bollin of Ft. Worth and Larry Bollin of Grand Prairie; 7 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren; brothers David Griffin of Waco and Thomas Griffin of Tawakoni.
