Marcia Lefler

Marcia Carlene Lefler, resident of Quinlan, passed away on Tuesday, September 21, 2010 in Greenville. Her Funeral Service was Saturday, September 25, 2010 in the Chapel at Quinlan Funeral Home. She was born on January 5, 1943 the daughter of Rupert Charles Howard and E. Lucille Hulsey Howard. Her Funeral Service is Saturday September 25, 2010 at 11:00 am in the Chapel at Quinlan Funeral Home in Quinlan. She worked as a legal secretary with Dehay and Elliston LLC. She was a longtime active member of the Texas Association of Legal Secretaries, former Past President and current Vice President of Membership of the Dallas Association of Legal Secretaries. In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to the American Diabetes Foundation at www.diabetes.org/donate Arrangements handled through Quinlan Funeral Home. She is survived by daughter Lisa Hoyt, and husband Mike, Brothers Charles Howard of Addison, and Larry E. Howard and wife Shirley of Mesquite, grandson Harrison Hoyt of Quinlan, Numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents and her husband John Lefler.
