Mando Garcia

Mando Ray Garcia, 27, passed away on Saturday, January 26, 2013 in Garland, Texas. Mando was born December 2, 1985 to Joe Frank and Elma Garcia in Garland, Texas. Mando was a mechanic by trade. He loved racing and fast cars. He also loved to cook. But Mandos greatest passion was his family. Mando was bigger than life and had a huge heart. He was loved by so many and will be missed by all. Mando is preceded in death by his grandparents, Cipriano Garcia, Sr. and Petra Gonzales. He is survived by his parents, Joe Frank, Sr. and Elma Garcia; sons, Xavier, Julian and Mando, Jr. Garcia; brother, Joe Frank Garcia, Jr.; sisters, Veronica and Adrianna Garcia; girlfriend, Mirna Garcia; grandparents, Guadalupe Ruiz, Sr. and Angela Garcia; as well as six loving aunts and uncles; eight nieces; two nephews and countless extended family and friends. A gathering of family and friends will be held on Tuesday, January 29, 2013 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. A funeral service will be held the following day, Wednesday, January 30, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. also at the funeral home. Interment will immediately follow at Hooker Cemetery. Reverend Lupe Ruiz will officiate.
