Lola Roberts

Lola M. Lancaster Roberts was born June 13, 1922 in Wills Point, TX to Brad and Maude (Simpson) Lancaster. She spent most of her life working as a caregiver/LPN at Baker Clinic in Wills Point and Terrell State Hospital.

Those left to cherish her memory are her brother, Lloyd Curtis Lancaster, of Quinlan and a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, other family and friends.

Lola was preceded in death by her parents; six brothers, Wayne Lancaster, James Dewitt Lancaster, Ralph Lancaster, John Raymond Lancaster, Billy Earl Lancaster, and Clarence "Dink" Weldon Lancaster; and two sisters, Dorothy Lancaster Mangum and Ruby Lancaster Sapp.

Funeral service will be held Wednesday, January 11, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. in the Quinlan Funeral Home Chapel with David Hammond officiating. Burial will follow at Quinlan IOOF with David Lancaster, Jeff Chaney, Jay Cowley, Dewayne Mangum, Royce Hix, Kevin Hawthorn serving as pallbearers. Visitation will be held from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm Tuesday, January 10, 2017.
