Leona B. Crownover Aslin, 91, of Streetman passed away Tuesday, November 3, 2015 in Garland. Funeral service will be 2:00pm Saturday, November 7, 2015 in the Quinlan Funeral home Chapel with Dr. Gary Cook officiating. Burial will follow in Lakeside Memorial Park under the direction of Quinlan Funeral Home. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Leona was born January 15, 1924 in Jackson, MI to George Crownover and Helen Horton Crownover. She is survived by her children Ron Laym0n and wife Linda of Streetman, Texas, Edna Baker and husband Nolan of Kemp, Texas, Gerald Linnaburg and wife Barbara of Richardson, Texas, Helen Bice and husband Charles of Streetman, Texas, Phyllis Smith of San Antonio, Texas, Barbara Cooper and husband Fred of Canton, Texas, Brenda Free of Richardson, Texas, Linda Cash and husband Adam of Seagoville, Texas, and Ella Rand of Maybank, Texas; brother David Crownover; 24 grandchildren; 36 great grandchildren; 7 great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Thomas Aslin, sister Georgia Crownover, and two grandchildren.
