Larry Puckett

Larry Franklin Puckett, 72, passed away Tuesday, December 4, 2018 in Greenville. He was born on September 29, 1946 in Estill County, Kentucky the son of Basel Franklin and Helen Louise (Ruble) Puckett. He married Sheryl Windle on July 30, 1966 in Hutchins. She preceded him in death in 1993. He married Pat Dobbs on October 23, 1999 in Lone Oak. She survives. Larry was a retired truck driver and minister.

Those also left to cherish his memory are his children, Amy K Cowart (Leo), Kelley Bunton (Ronnie), Amanda Hale (Vance), Kelly Shea, Anna Thomas (J.J.), T.J. Carpenter, and Paul Carpenter; grandchildren, Cody Pippin, Garrett Pippin, Gracie Pippin, Dylan Bunton, Madison Bunton, Justin Bunton, Dakotta Cooksy, Sierra Cooksy, Hunter Cooksy, Bryce Hale, and Cameron Hale; sister, Sharon Hawthorne; brother, Jerry Puckett (Sharon); and numerous other family members and friends.

He was also preceded in death by his parents; children, Johnny Carpenter and David Carpenter; and brother, Kenneth Puckett.

A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, December 8, 2018 in the Quinlan Funeral Home Chapel.
