Larry C. Crocker, Sr., 67, of Quinlan Passed away Monday, October 12, 2015 in Dallas. Funeral Service will be 2:00pm Friday, October 16, at the Quinlan Funeral home Chapel with Rev. Frank Summers officiating. Burial will follow in Thompson Cemetery under the direction of Quinlan Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 12:00pm until service time on Friday at the funeral home. Larry was born December 5, 1947 in Crockett, Texas to Henry Pete Crocker and Opal Irene Williamson Crocker. He had many jobs through his life but lastly worked for Atrium Door as a painter. Larry was always a great storyteller and always entertained the family with his stories. He also like Karaoke, and was known to liven up the place when he started to sing. Larry is survived by his sons Larry Crocker, Jr. of Garland, Albert Crocker and his wife Monica of Quinlan, and Robert Crocker of Quinlan; sister-in-law Thelma Crocker of Mesquite; sister Elizabeth Yeager of Mesquite; nieces and nephews Vickie O'Neal and husband Bob of Terrell, Bryan Yeager of Mesquite, Jerry Hayes of Indiana, and Rick Crocker of Mesquite; mother of the boys Marleia Crocker McManus of Royce City. He was preceded in death by his parents; daughter Christie Crocker; brother Richard Crocker, and brother-in-law Benny Yeager.
