Karen Gail Brister, born on October 30, 1948, in Brownwood, Texas, passed away peacefully at her home on December 9, 2023.

Karen was a loving and devoted mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend. Throughout her life, she found immense joy in watching and spending time with her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Her dedication to her family was unwavering and brought her much happiness.

Karen was preceded in death by her father, Leslie Ingram; mother, Eve Nell (Benson) Ingram; sisters, Sharolette Hanna and Eva Rae Allen. She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Those left to cherish Karen's memory include her brother Eric Ingram of Blooming Grove, TX; sister Kaye LeGrand and husband Dale of Irving; sons Clifford Brister and wife Joyce of Quinlan and Jerry Brister of Quinlan; grandchildren Bradon Scott Brister, Cheyenne Lopez, Ashlyn Faith Brister, Mikayla Ethridge, Ray Haider, Hayden Kyle Brister, Zaylen Brister; great-grandchildren Dillon Brister, Bryden Brister, Skylynn Stringfellow, Paxton Brister, Zayson Luker, Tyler Luker King Kennedy and Zelina Reyes. Additionally she is survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends who will hold fond memories of their time spent with Karen.

Karen Gail Brister's life was marked by love for her family and a deep understanding of the importance of cherishing special moments together. Her legacy will live on through the countless lives she touched. She will forever be remembered for the love she shared and the kindness she showed to everyone around her.

May her soul rest in peace as we find solace in the beautiful memories she leaves behind.
