Judy Kay Lane

Kay Judy Lane, age 76, of Quinlan passed away on Wednesday, November 22, 2023 in Dallas. She was born on May 11, 1947 in Wichita Falls, Texas to Ira Mathews and Mary Kohutek. Judy married Delbert Wallace Lane May 19, 1967. She was a loving housewife and mother who enjoyed watching Andy Griffith and sports, playing Words online with friends, and socializing on social media.

She is survived by her children, Tammy Lane Wolfe and husband Rodney of Quinlan, Delbert Lane of Quinlan, Debra Lane of Greenville, David Lane and wife Shana of Royse City; grandchildren, Amanda Hamer, Felisha Greer and husband Jason, Robbie Lane and wife Jessica, Evan Wolfe, Kayla Lane, Kristen Wolfe, Amber Lane, Steven Lane, Jacob Lane, Keaton Lane; eleven great-grandchildren.

Judy was preceded in death by her parents, Ira Mathews and Mary Kohutek, and husband, Delbert Lane.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, December 2, 2023 at First Baptist Church, 104 S. Church St, Quinlan TX with pastor Josh Blakley officiating. A meet and greet will be from 10:30 to 11:00 am with the funeral service starting at 11:00 am.
