Joyce Woelfel

Joyce Marie Woelfel, 76, of Quinlan, Texas, passed away on September 9, 2016 in the peace of her home. She was born on October 17, 1939 in Waterville, Minnesota, to Melford and Ruth (Frodl) Moe. She worked for many years for USDA before retiring. She is survived by her children, Jill Woelfel and Tony Woelfel. Her family is planning a memorial service sometime in October in Minnesota.
