John Moore, Jr.

John "Joey" Moore, 50; passed away on Tuesday, February 12, 2013 in Dallas, Texas. Joey was born to John Oliver Moore, Sr. and Juanita Stephens Moore on August 21, 1962 in Stamford, Texas. Joey met and later married Margaret Noble. To this union were born two children, John Oliver III and Jennifer Christine. Joey served his country with honor in the United States Marine Corp. He later would enter civilian life as a journeyman electrician. Joey is preceded in death by his mother, Juanita Moore. He is survived by his spouse, Margaret "Peggy" Moore; son, John Oliver Moore III and his wife Amber; daughter Jennifer Waggoner and her husband, Don; father John O. Moore, Sr. and his wife Ruby; grandchildren, Jadyn and Kaylee Moore; brothers, Kevin Peterson and his wife Gwen, Eric Peterson and his wife Bonnie, and Jonathan "Randy" Moore; sisters, Cindy Brown and her husband Michael, Denise Angel and her husband Chris, Teri Boney and her husband Jean; as well numerous nieces and nephews, extended family ,friends and neighbors. A celebration of Joey's Life will be held on Thursday, February 14, 2013 at 3 p.m. at the Faith Outreach Church 1501 Division Street, Greenville, Texas. Reverend Rance Moore will officiate. Interment will be at the Dallas -Fort Worth National Cemetery in Grand Prairie at a later date.
