James Jackson

James Curtis Jackson,47 of Quinlan Texas, passed away Sunday July 31, 2011 in Quinlan. He was born on April 10, 1964 in Murfreesboro, Tennessee the son of Minus and Nancy Jackson. James worked as an aircraft mechanic in the Air Force. He was also a former employee of Wal-Mart for many years in Quinlan. He was a member of the American Legion in West Tawakoni and the Trestle Masonic Lodge of Quinlan. James touched many lives here and will be missed by all his friends and family. He is survived by his wife Deborah Jackson, mother Nancy Rains Jackson of Murfreesboro Tennessee, two sisters; Jan Sparks of Christiana, TN and Cathy Mequire of Smyrna, TN, one bother John Jackson of Murfreesboro, TN. He is preceded in death by his father Minus Baskin Jackson. A memorial will be held in the Chapel at Quinlan Funeral Home at 2:00 pm Friday August 5, 2011. Family and friends will meet at the American Legion in West Tawakoni directly afterwards.
