George Carol Kinser Jr., 84, passed away on December 4, 2016 in Quinlan. He was Born on August 3, 1932 in Collin County to the parents George Carol Kinser, Sr. and Hollie Lavonia (Reeder) Kinser. His visitation will be Wednesday night from 5:00 to 7:00 at Quinlan Funeral Home. His funeral service will be at the Dallas Fort Worth National Cemetery at 11:00 am. Thursday, December 8, 2016 with military honors.
