Gary Conaway

Gary Wayne Conaway, 70, passed away on September 25, 2018 in Godley, Texas. Gary was born on February 18, 1948 in Kansas City, Kansas the son of John Oliver Conaway and Carolyn (Ruth) Conaway. Gary served as a Marine during the Vietnam Conflict and was a Hunt County Sheriff Deputy for many years.

Gary's family members who are cherishing the memories of his life are his children, Suzie Elizabeth Jones, Amy Lannette Ivey, and John Wayne Conaway; grandchildren, Michael Jones, Eric Jones, Tai Conaway, Houston Ivey, and Sean Jones; sisters, Diana Tepper, Vicki Stovall, Tami Conaway, and Carol Kelley; brothers, Scott Conaway and Pat Conaway; nephew, Troy Sikes; numerous other nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 6, 2018 at 1:00 pm in the Quinlan Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Bruce Ruiz officiating.
