Frankie Owens was born December 19, 1945 in Monahans, Texas. He passed away peacefully at home Friday, March 25, 2011 after a very long battle with cancer. He enlisted in the army and was a member of the 101st airborne division during the Viet Nam War. He enjoyed playing golf, fishing, yard work and playing with his grandson. He really enjoyed working for FFE. He is preceded in death by his parents and son Brian Alan Owens. He is survived by his loving wife of 40 years Betty, daughter and son-in-law Tracey and Laurent Jaffart & grandson, Ian Thames all of Munich, Germany, Sisters and brothers-in law Bonnie & Bill Sparks of Lawton, OK; Linda K. and Bob Ayers of Midlothian , TX.; Mother-in-law, Sarah Whaley of Lake Jackson, TX, sister-in-law, Dorothy Wright of Peggy, TX; nephews Billy Sparks of McKinney, TX, Tim Sparks and family of Ft. Worth, TX, David Ayers and family of Midlothian, TX, Aaron Wright of Corpus Christi, TX and Nieces Tammy Bradford and family, Midlothian, TX, Sandy Hunt and family of Grapevine, TX. Diane Wisdom a very special family friend
