Frank Neal, Sr.

Frank Henry Neal, Sr., 53, resident of Blue Ridge, passed away on Sunday, March 20, 2011 in the peace of his home. He was born on October 17, 1957 in Upper Darby, PA, the son of Theodore Winsor Neal and Edwina Mary (Burke) Neal. Frank is preceded in death by father. He retired from the united States Navy after serving over twenty years. He is survived by his wife, Angela Ruth Neal; mother Edwina Meehan of Exton, PA; daughter, Misty Dawn Whitehurst of Virginia Beach, VA; three sons, Frank Henry Neal, Jr., Douglas Wayne Reiff of Caddo Mills, and Justin W. Reiff of Blue Ridge; sister, Sonya Mullin and her husband David of Exton, PA; seven grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives. His funeral service is planned for 10:30 am Thursday, March 24, at the funeral home with Adrian R. Pitts officiating. His burial will follow at Dallas Ft. Worth National Cemetery, 2:15 pm with full military honors. All arrangements were made through Quinlan Funeral Home.
