Donna Lee Wilson

Donna Lee Wilson (née Tyree) passed away on May 31, 2026 in Greenville, Texas, at the age of 83.

Donna was born September 10, 1942 in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho to Mary Louise (Schandelmeier) Tyree and William Donald Tyree. She enjoyed working as an airline ticket agent for American Airlines for many years, and met countless people from all walks of life.

She married Paul Wilson on June 2, 1988, in Hampton, Virginia, and together they built a life grounded in commitment, resilience, and care for their family.

Donna is survived by her sister, Reta Tyree; her daughters, Susan and Veronica; and her grandchildren AJ, Faith, and Simon. She is preceded in death by her husband, Paul Alan Wilson, and her brothers, Mark and Mike Tyree.

Donna will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

A memorial service will be held in Donna's honor at Grace Baptist Church in Quinlan, Texas on Monday, July 13, 2026 at 11:00 AM. A committal service will be held at Dallas–Fort Worth National Cemetery on July 14 at 10am, where she will be laid to rest with her husband, Paul.
