Donald Conn

Donald Conn, 66 passed away on Sunday, June 8, 2014 in Garland, Texas. Donald was born on June 16, 1947 to Jules and Jeanette Conn in Paris Texas. He would serve his country with honor and distinction in the United States Navy during the Vietnam Conflict. Donald would graduate from Kilgore College with an Associates degree in Criminal Justice and serve several communities in law enforcement for over eighteen years. He would serve the community of Quinlan as Chief of Police for two years. Donald would meet and later marry Rhonda Allison on July 8, 1986 in Wills Point, Texas. Donald was and avid fisherman and member of the National Fishing and Lure Collectors Club (NFLCC) Donald is preceded in death by his parents, Jules and Jeanette Conn; as well as, his twin brother Ronald Conn. He is survived by his wife, Rhonda conn; daughter; Julie Wynn; sister Janice Conn; nephews, David Page, Petter Conn and Larry Conn.
