Dexter Powell

Dexter Paul Powell, 80, of Point passed away on Tuesday, March 23, 2021 in Burleson. He was born on January 26, 1941 in Mt Pleasant, the son of Harvey and Mary Myrtle (Maxwell) Powell. Dexter worked for ADT Security for many years. He served his country by enlisting in the US Army serving from 1959 to 1962.

Dexter is preceded in his death by his parents, Harvey and Mary Powell, and a daughter, Sherrie Powell.

He is survived by a daughter, Mary Powell, and a son, Donald Powell, a host of grandchildren, and great grandchildren.

A memorial service for Dexter Powell will be held on April 15, 2021 at 2:15 PM at Dallas Ft. Worth National Cemetery with military honors.
