David Lee Peeples

David Lee Peeples, age 77, passed away on Sunday, June 11, 2023 from a long term illness. He was born November 22, 1945 in Fort Worth, Texas.

David was preceded in death by his parents, Lee Roy and Virginia Peeples.

He is survived by his daughters, Lynn and Scott Taylor, Shannon and Wayne Weaver, Angel Peeples and Shane Cox; grandchildren, David and Mandee Taylor, Jessica and Zach Smyth, Danielle, Chloe, and Ryan Weaver, Katelyn and Jordan Allen; seven great-grandchildren, Shain, Noah, Carey, Addison, Jackson, Tyler, Michael.

David was a retired 28-year veteran of the Dallas Police Department. After his retirement he became a registered massage therapist. He liked rodeo, NASCAR, golf, fishing, and visiting friends at the local cold beverage establishment.
