David Earl Goodwin

David Earl Goodwin, A resident of Point TX, passed on January 28th, 2026 at the age of 45.

David is survived by his sister Becky Jacobs and Zack Harris, his brother Thomas Goodwin and Anna Goodwin. His niece Jessica Parker and Curtis Parker, his nephews Ricky Meadows and Michael Meadows. His great niece Aletta Parker and great nephew Dennis Parker. He is survived by numerous other family aunts, uncles and cousins. He is preceded in death by his parents Clifford and Carmen Goodwin.

David was born on March 17th, 1980 in Galveston TX. He had many jobs over the years. His most recent was Walmart. Where he was very well liked and will be deeply missed. He loved kids, especially his great niece and nephew.

A memorial service will be held at Higher Ground Cowboy Church, 2585 E Quinlan Pkwy Quinlan TX 75474. The service will be on February 21st, 2026 at 11 AM.
