Billy Dossey

Billy Wayne Wild Bill Dossey, resident of Paris, passed away on Saturday, January 29, 2011 in Paris. He was born on May 22, 1940, in Fort Worth, Texas the son of Willie Leaman Dossey and Gertrude Clements Dossey. He enjoyed fishing, dirt track racing, classic cars, and most of all Driving Trucks. He was an owner operator for Wales Transportation for 10 years and Bo Wilson Trucking for the last 7 years before retiring. He lived life to the fullest, always smiling, teasing with members of his family, and always had to have the last word. He was loved by all his family and extended family and all who knew him. His family held a private memorial service. Arrangements handled through Quinlan Funeral Home. He is survived by wife Linda Dossey of Paris, daughter Terrie Freeman of Paris, son James Fernandez of Paris, son Tony Fernandez of Reno, son Billy Dossey Jr. of Tulsa, Oklahoma, son Steven Fernandez of Fouke, Arkansas, son Charlie Dossey of Bristow, Oklahoma, daughter Wendy Dossey of Lubbock, aunt Lorretta Bannister of Fort Worth, aunt Virginia Dossey of Orange County, California, 28 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren, 3 nieces, 4 nephews and all his friends. He is preceded in death by his parents, 2 brothers, 1 sister and 1 nephew.
