Anna Florence Sutton, born October 16th, 1946, in Rains County, Texas, passed away on April 13th, 2026.
She is preceded in death by her father, Samuel Edward Herring; her mother, Fannie Melvine Herring; and her brother, JR Herring.
She is survived by her husband of 51 years, Melvin Leon Sutton Jr.; her sons, David Ray Palmer and Tony Lee Palmer; her daughter, Tiffany Michelle Haslip; her grandsons, Lee Samuel Palmer and Malakye Leon Medlock; as well as her daughter-in-law, Tammy Rhea Palmer.
She was a seamstress and home-care worker but more than any of that she was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She was an honest and giving person who never turned anyone away. She was deeply loved and will be missed.
A viewing will held on Friday, April 17th between 2 and 3 p.m. located at Quinlan Funeral Home, 8930 HWY. 34 S., Quinlan, Texas 75474.
