Ann Lee Revel

Ann Lee Revel, age 85, of Quinlan passed away on Thursday, July 20, 2023 in Dallas. She was born July 20, 1938 in Augusta, Arkansas to John William Revel and Fred Rechah McCreary Cook. She had worked as an elementary teacher for DISD for many years. She enjoyed knitting, crocheting, quilting, yard work, woodworking, and caring for stray cats and dogs.

Ann is survived by her sister, Debbie Middlebrooks of Maumelle, Arkansas; step-brother, Tom Scarborough of Santa Rosa, California; and many friends.

She was preceded in death by her father, John William Revel; mother, Fred Rechah McCreary Cook; and brother, Duke Revel.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 12, 2023 at 11:00 am at Lakeview Church in Quinlan with Adam Williams officiating.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Texas Best Choices Animal Rescue of Quinlan, the Lakeview Church Youth of Quinlan, and Wills Point Veterinary Clinic.
